Dr.
R. Carson Kight has been a resident of Aiken County since
1968 where she lives with her husband Max Andrew "Andy" Meek
Jr. She is a member of Saint James Lutheran Church in Graniteville.
Dr. Kight’s dental career began in 1981 when
she graduated high school and was trained as a dental office
receptionist and a chairside dental assistant. Soon after
she pursued her dental education at the University of South
Carolina-Aiken, Augusta College and then the Medical College
of Georgia where she received her A.S. in Dental Hygiene.
She later graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina
with her D.M.D and was awarded the Excellence in Operative
Dentistry Award by her school faculty. She opened her dental
practice later that same year.
Dr. Kight continues to educate herself through
Post Graduate studies. She has studied with master clinicians
Dr. William Strupp and Dr. Peter Dawson. She also actively
attends both the Pankey Institute and the Nash Institute of
Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Kight loves helping people. She not only
wants to help you achieve good oral health, but to also maintain
it. She has a warm and caring personality and wants your visit
to be as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
